Thanks. I thought it was a video taken from the scene.
Oweo coming in hot
One thing I wished she would've done is had better perspective. I watched a few of her animations and in some, the body is pretty much right at the road. In others, it was in the middle of the yard.
OJO's body was found 7'+/- from the road and when you look at how large the front yard is from the gate to the road, it should've been more accurate IMO.

She is saying that she picked Colin up from the house before Karen Read and John ever got there.

"He (Colin) was not at the house when John was there" are her words. So unless I'm misunderstanding her, she states that John was at the house.
And why couldn't they spring for a bigger courtroom? It's like the size of a closet for an army of attorneys.

the bigger courtroom is orientated in a way that positions that jury behind the witness stand. So the jury wouldn't be able to see the witnesses face and the defense asked for a different room because of that.

She is referring to the area of the house (such as the front yard) as "the house" not necessarily inside the house. She is saying that she picked Colin up from the house before Karen and John ever pulled up.

Yea that's kind of what I got out of it as well. Not inside.
@Civil, thanks. It's still small however you cut it. I do find it funny that KR goes up with her defense team to sidebar. First time I've seen that happen in a court.

Right. So that clip doesn't really mean anything.

Anyone with cliffs for the phone forensic lady by the prosecution? I tried watching between meetings but between side bars and her trying to explain phone forensics I got behind.

Perhaps perhaps not.

Her head wrap was distracting. Beyond that, she was also hard to follow. I hope the defense makes cross more interesting to watch, otherwise the jury will be completely zoned out.

From what I saw I don’t think she did a bad job of explaining … I think it’s probably difficult to make it succinct and make it make sense in layman’s terms in such a short period of time it’s just tedious. This whole trial has been so tedious.

Agreed, she did a good job..........until she ran into the buzzsaw from Alessi

I am sweating listening to it. Taking “expert witness” off as a possible income stream for me in the future lol
Posted on 5/7/25 at 1:21 pm to 10tiger
No joke. You can probably make some good money doing it.
Regardless, and trying to be objective, this isn't a good look for her. It's a complete contradiction to her previous report from Maryland. She needs consistency otherwise it looks staged.

I was just thinking that! They don't make this look pleasant.

Karen has a couple of medical conditions. She asked before the trial if she could have headphones to hear the sidebars but Aunty Bev denied. That is why she is allowed to go up.

Ahh ok makes sense. Thanks. I suppose she should be allowed considering it's her life on the line.

Jessica Hyde, digital forensics “expert” for the Commonwealth was found to be unreliable and not credible in a Maryland court. Karen’s defense filed a motion to allow them to mention this but Aunty Bev denied.

She's getting lambasted now. Alessi is the perfect attorney for this. Look at her squirming trying to explain her own words.
