I have served on a jury twice. Jury service opened my eyes to just what it means to be American. That if the government accuses you of something you get the chance to sit before 12 random people and the state has to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. I don’t find that odd in any way.

I have followed a couple cases lately, when I heard about the injuries to John O’Keefe I thought those aren’t from a vehicle hitting him. From there I started watching more and more of the trail. That lead to the conclusion that she is being framed and a government body is in on the frame job.

There is nothing I hate more than corruption and this case is full of it.

(she had already said that it was late and starting to snow and she wanted to get home).

She also mentions how they had to get back to John's niece and nephew, who he was raising and she texted him saying she was leaving then to go back because they didn't want to leave them home alone for too long.

I think by the time they got to the Alberts there were pretty much in the middle of a snow storm.

Yes, the weather, it being late and the kids were why Karen wanted to go home from the Waterfall, but they talked John into going.
I talked to a meteorologist in Boston that gave me the weather for that night. She said at midnight there was light snow with 1 mile visibility, 30 degrees; 6:00am 24 degrees, up to 3” accumulation in some places, visibility the same. 8:30am snow became heavier and visibility decreased significantly.

I read over the weekend Aunt Bev is allowing them to recall 2 witnesses from the week before. I believe it was for the defense but I don't recall 100%

Although she should be prosecuted for admittedly lying to the FBI, she just finished up on Friday so doubtful it's her

I think Kerri Roberts was mostly credible.

and he just said that he didn't see a person in the passenger seat in Karen Read's Lexus. That is not good for the CW.

ETA: then he said they were at the house between 12:30 and 12:35! if that is true then he would have had to witness the accident.

Twice!! You're right, not good for CW.

I agree that's where it fell apart, but she openly admitted to it. It highlighted how her memory was altered by Jen McCabe but I think she was truly trying to tell the truth.

I cannot imagine thinking that someone being invested in this case is odd. It's one of the most interesting criminal cases ever. Probably more than the Murdough case.
