Auntie Bev will do her best to sweep for the CW and limit and if possible outright disallow the Crash Bros.
The Crash Bros come in and Brennan is cooked. Brennan has no ScIeNcE on his side.
All Brennan has is witness faulty memories and interview clips and text messages to make KR look like a crazy stalker.
So Auntie Bev will sweep just like she is doing today by deciding to go to 34 Fairview in week 1.
Bev is as biased as they come and quite far from honorable.

From what I gathered its about text messages, discovery timing, etc.. I'm sure some other stuff that I don't understand as well.
ETA- I think also if they're allowed to revise their first report in response to prosecution expert revisions.

There are alleged discovery issues with the defense for these witnesses. The voir dire seeks to remedy those.
If the defense was untruthful about paying or planning to pay these guys and lied in trial one, they are fricked and that opens up a whole can of worms.

They shouldn't be fricked because the remedy to that is cross in the 2nd trial. Bev probably isn't going to boot them but she isn't going to allow them to provide any new reports/info based on the Commonwealth's expert - that didn't even provide all of his info to the defense until the end of March.

I believe that last they said in court was that ARCCA voir dire would be Monday afternoon, but something could have changed. I believe today is a half day for everyone.
