If this was reinvestigated without any bias, there is no doubt in my mind that it would result in at least Higgins going to prison as well as Michael Proctor.
His (Proctor) investigation wasn't done to find out what happened, it was done to prove KR did it. At least that's what it seems. If he based his full investigation strictly on what Higgins and the Albert family told him then he just sucks as an investigator.
And watching Proctor on 20/20 I think it was.. He isn't ashamed of what he did. Him and his wife believes he deserves is job back.
And it will also be criminal if this just goes away. Karen Reed wasn't found guilty, let's move on. People have already forgot about it.

I mean he's 100% correct. Every defendant is innocent from Day 1. Its the Prosecutions job to prove otherwise.
He seemed good enough to me. Made a lot of good points on going over evidence. Seemed logical on his thought process throughout.

I didn't get the impression he was "not the brightest guy". I am not saying he is a genius, but he seems like an average person. He came to the same conclusion as I and many others did.

Watch the interview JDP posted with him. He was having trouble stringing his thoughts together properly.
Now compare him to some of the other jurors who are far more well spoken and coherent. It's not a knock on the dude as I'm sure he's a great guy, but the job of a foreman is to be a manager of the team.
Here is a pretty good interview with Turtleboy LINK
Wouldn't be surprised if he gets sued as he's throwing haymakers @ the Alberts and Colin in particular and parsing the evidence of how magically the tail light pieces appear after Proctor and his goons were at the sally port. I wonder if they just put some pieces in their pocket, drove over to 34 Fairview and sprinkled them on the ground

Even the Alberts aren't dumb enough to sue him for such statements. The discovery in that civil case would be epic.

Devers is on leave and Bukaki has been transferred. Hmmm

Sounds like quite a few officers involved with this case are being moved to different roles.
Fanning
Guarino
Among others

The Turtleboy trial is starting to heat up a little as well.

Demotions, laterals, or promotions?

Shanon Burgess seems to no longer be employed by aperture. His expert profile no longer exist on the aperture website.

I heard there may be some new Bederow letters soon. Also turtleboys team received some new discovery Monday from the CW.
This has to be in reference to one of those things and maybe both.

This isn't about this trial, but since I can't start threads and this trial painted a not so pretty sterotype of the police in Boston and in the Boston area, I figured I would post this here.

To anyone that says they don’t like Turtleboy for whatever reason it’s time to wake up.
A journalist that was exposing corruption in the government was setup by citizens in cooperation with special prosecutors to put him in jail so that he would stop reporting on the Karen Read case.
I’m sorry but I have zero sympathy for an Albert or McCabe.

It’s reasonable to question someone who openly wishes death upon entire families.

We are now learning the reason for that vitriol.

Sure. We know the reason. That doesn’t mean it’s ok or good.

And what do you know as that reason?
