According to him, it’s because Jesus told him to.

Civil suits of this nature should be predicated on the outcome of a criminal trial.

The civil suit was already filed. The civil suit isn't the news, its that she is working to get it thrown out.

She's the kind of chick you would meet at a bar, go to her house afterwards then she would send her boys in blue to come harass you for not calling her

You can call her crazy.. Because she is.

Dever's career as a cop has to be finished. Either she makes up memories that are false or she lied on the stand. Either option is the end of a law enforcement officer.

The way she looked while being a witness reminds me of the girl on the original willy wonka.

She was in a pickle on that stand.

She was caught in between a rock and a hard place due to her lies.
@ Civil, has she been let go? Haven't seen anything relative to her employment in the news so I just assumed she got on with Boston PD and put this behind her.

She was. You could clearly see she was analyzing each question. I wish I was a fly on the wall when some of those witnesses had their first conversations after being put on the stand.

I loved how awkward it got for her when you could literally see her brain going into overdrive how to answer AJ's questions

There have been things posted that suggest she is currently on leave. Nothing office has come out of the BPD though.

That's what it says in the video, but do you know what she is officially on leave for?

I hope AJ doesn't let this go with Aunty Bev and those who clearly lied under oath.

Adam Lally is currently being question as a witness in regards to another murder trial. Michael Proctor will probably be testifying after Lally.

Karen Read has filed a motion to have her Lexus and personal cell phone returned to her.
I wonder why the Commonwealth might not want to return either of those things to her?! Maybe the phone and/or cell phone have some evidentiary value to the commonwealth?!
