Honestly, I know lawyers and judges get bogged down by legality but you have to meet people where they are … IQ wise there needs to be a guilty not guilty box to stamp next to each charge. We have all met the general public. Reading comprehension isn’t a strong suit

They could be thinking that if they got hung on that because someone wants to convict her of something there is a stand alone OUI charge that is a misdemeanor, and she is able to whip her hands of this shame to move on with her life.

Court TV just said the other jurors on the first jury that they interviewed had a unanimous verdict of NG, but didn’t know how to fill out the verdict form. I’d heard the verdict form was a problem, but I had not heard there was a unanimous verdict of NG, but for the verdict form confusion.

Yeah, this is insane. It was confusing the last trial so just keep it confusing. She (judge) is an idiot.
