From what I read, jurors from the first trial assumed they were hired by an insurance company so the defense made sure to highlight that they were not this time. One of the reporters in the court room said the jurors in this trial were taking lots of notes during these questions.

Like I said earlier, Hank opened the door by trying to misrepresent like he usually does and asked Dr Wolfe if Arcca also does Insurance investigations. Since he knows the fact of the 1st trial too, he tried to play dirty, but it backfired and AJ was able to ask that and rule out Insurance.

Yup. She is dictating what will ding the prosecution and won't work. Terrible human particularly when someone else's life hangs in the balance.

Rentschler not being able to fully answer questions without Bev telling Jackson to ask another question is maddening. Welcher was able to talk for what seemed like 5 minutes at a time with no questions or statement from Brennan other than him saying "please continue"

The evidence of Bev's bias towards the defense is so apparent.
The defense lawyers are intercepted during their arguments, and Brennan hardly if ever gets interrupted during his arguments. She cuts off witnesses during defense questioning but doesn't during prosecution questioning.
Something needs to be done about this judge!

What’s a complete farce is having a witness testify without being able to testify. How in the world is this a fair trial. Bev need to be removed from the bench.
