Question. If whatever law enforcement.. FBI whoever. Decides they need to look into the Alberts, if them doing an investigation is made public there is the risk a jury member can find that out right? So would they wait until the trial is over? Or does the trail have nothing to do with their work? I thought I read somewhere that the alberts were investigated? At this point I guess they would have to depend on someone talking because the only thing they can maybe prove is that O'Keefe was attacked by a big dog. If that's the case the Alberts can just say "maybe he was standing outside and a dog attack him, we didn't see anything".

I would think they would have to figure out how O'keefe was killed, not just "oh his girlfriend didn't kill him. That's all we need to know". I am sure KR just wants to be over with this shite, but i'd be a vengeful bastard. I am sure she has a good idea what happened.. Who O'keefe had "beef" with. If anyone lied on the stand, they could definitely make a deal with them to get them to talk. I doubt this case will be over once this trial ends.

The Alberts have not been investigated in connection to John O'Keefe's death.

Based on information released by the US Attorneys Office they did some investigation into the investigation of John O'Keefe's death.

I'm now of the belief that this was a spontaneous murder instead of something pre-planned for weeks. I think things boiled over and OJO was probably talking shite in the house and the Alberts sic'ed the dog on him, fell back and hit his noggin and that was that.

If there was any evidenced iota of an ongoing beef, there is no doubt AJ would not only be aware, but it would've been at the forefront of this trial. Bear in mind, these guys are professionals in what they do so they know what will work and won't work. This definitely isn't the first case they've covered up.

Dr. Laposata has been the best witness in this case. She is incredible and worth every cent she is being paid.

He’s trying to discredit her. If Bev allows this I’m out. This is an absolute circus.

Bev allowed Brennan to smear the DR when court resumes.

Brennan is basically deciding the defense’s case…he’s going thru what the defense will be presenting and saying “Ill allow this, I wont allow that” and Bev is just saying OK

Hank uses whatever is convenient to his goal or aim in the moment.

The man doesn’t have an honest bone in his body or a single shred of principles or integrity.

Hank is a lying liar who lies and only gives a frick about what is good for Hank.

Oh I agree 100% and is a POS.

And honestly, that's some solid gumshoe work by Detective AJ to find that out

Hank is lost in his too many question cross right now trying to make some point about hypothermia and she’s having none of it.

I do not see how the jury gets past that when they have this vs. Mr. purple elbow.

In fairness, he (Hank) discredited that to Aunt Bev but it was muffled so couldn't hear what he said.

He really didn't. He said that he "didn't hire her 4 or 5 times. He used her a few times."

Is it just me or do you think that Judge wants her to be found guilty. She lets the prosecution get away with anything and reprimands anything the defense does.

Allegedly she has ties to one of the main players on the Commonwealth side, I believe it is the McCabes, who refer to her as "Auntie Bev". I don't know if that is true but I've read it in a couple of places.

How the hell is that allowed? Of course she won't allow a mistrial whereas any other judge in my opinion would have by now. This whole case is a joke! She is being framed.

From everything I've heard from lawyers, it's pretty common and even expected for judges to be on the side of the prosecution, but this case it's more extreme.

Just catching up with rentschler testifying. JA got it in without saying who hired him that it wasn’t the defense, it wasn’t the prosecution, and it wasn’t the insurance company. It wad another “organization”. Hope the jury was paying attention.

All the shenanigans aside, the last few witnesses, from berros on, have been fantastic for KR.

Other than the Defense pulling out the XRays that the Prosecution said didn't exist, this had to be the mic drop of the day.
