Just had an apartment inspection....what are they looking at?

A few of them came in, took some pictures of random and rolled out. Anyone know what they're "inspecting'?

Sure? I did get a notice the other day that they would be entering today. I'm usually not home, but happened to be off today, and I didn't know they would take pictures.

Lead inspectors? None of our inspections go down like that, because I don’t want to be accused of anything. I guess it could be possible though. How old is the complex?

They have to give you 24-hr notice with reason before entering your apartment. At least here in Texas and my apt does.

And they didn't give you a notice before coming in? I thought they had to give you advanced notice before entering your apartment.
