You're also missing another distinct advantage, price protection. The cost of the 5-year permit with undoubtedly increase in cost over time. Depending on the future political scene, they may even attempt to price people out of even applying (like they do with tax stamps).

Apple CarPlay fixes all that. OnStar is simply a cellular data plan. You already carry that and more in your pocket. Apple watches can even detect when you're in an accident now. OnStar was outdated the second it hit the market.

+2 for Graceland. I got a 10x16 side lofted barn. Since I ordered it I was able to request no windows and used the cost credit to get a free radiant barrier in the roof. Graceland is also the only builder that does ridge and soffit vents on these small buildings. The delivery guys were efficient and placed it exactly where I wanted it.

They can't prove you have an AR pistol with a brace (or any other accessories) without also admitting to illegally keeping records of the purchase to begin with.

When are attorneys going to start being held responsible for court filings that clearly will not be upheld? What is the point of their professional license if they are not required to have a minimal understanding and responsibility in presenting cases to the courts?

New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen should be decided by the supreme court within the next few weeks. It's largely expected that the new york law will be struck down as unconstitutional but there are many court followers that are expecting the ruling to go beyond that. It will likely be a bigger change than even Heller.
