Good grief he was 3/4 of the way under the float. Looking at the pic I could see how they will jump on the tandem float angle as a temp solution.

I was expecting worse in terms of the injuries described on here but still awfully sad.

I was thinking lights from the float, but nothing else is illuminated. I guess he was just green with envy of those riders.

I think they greened out his face so iyou couldn’t see the guys face.

The optical illusions in that photo are bizarre. You can’t see a head or second shoulder it looks like.

I thought it looked like green light coming off the float. Plus he is face down.
Thanks for sharing. Just a very sad situation all around. I am wondering if he fell over while getting beads or was he pushed/knocked over by other drunks.
From the one video I saw there seemed to be plenty of room for people to move around.
