I mean in the video you can clearly see the two legs being dragged by the float.

Watching the video it looks like he was dragged a ways under the float, you can see the rider on the far left of the frame point to him first but by the time they stop the cop walks toward the guy and he goes quite a bit to the right.

It wasn't gruesome, he was laying face down, most of his body was underneath the float.

Theres a guy standing with it looks like a kid. As the dudes on the float cone into the picture screaming get him get him you can see two things protruding from underneath the float right to the right of the leg of the gentleman. They are the feet of the deceased.

Damn I see it now. I wonder if he was from the area? There are few things I remember more about Mardi Gras growing up than my parents constantly telling us to not chase anything.

And, coming from me, this should say something, the man fell in front of a Train, he was aware the train was there, and as tragic as it is it does not cancel the party for everyone else,
