The other day, I got a text in Spanish. I replied "Chili con Carne" and deleted it.

If you get no hits on either, it's generally spam.

Possibly a pig butchering scam. They’ll txt something and you’ll reply back not this person. Then they may try to start a convo. and it’s someone trying to befriend you to eventually obtain money.
