Good point. It just seems synonymous with British food. There HAS to be a better British dish out there, right?

I mean, the popular ones are pretty standard/bland. Bangers and mash, fish and chips, Yorkshire pudding, etc.

Even though, I could get behind a Scotch egg.

How cucked of a nation do you have to be to let a foreign invader define you with something as important of a national dish.

I have always wondered, does it hurt to be that ignorant or does the turn of phrase "blissfully ignorant" sum it up.

Think of all the "American, Italian and Irish" foods we got from conquest not your silly cuckoldry. Tomatoes, potatoes, wild rice, salmon, pumpkins, peanuts, chocolate, vanilla, blueberries and corn are just some of the foods that are considered "national treasures" but all came from the conquest of the native Americans.

These days, especially on here, "ignorant and proud of it" seems more apt.

You couldn't even get something one could remotely consider good beer brewed in the US until the last 20 years or so.

3 pages in and I can't tell if you're a master troll or some cock-smoker from the Poli board that got out his cage.

Bravo.
