How cucked of a nation do you have to be to let a foreign invader define you with something as important of a national dish.. one of the many reasons why me and my family will never visit Londonstan

The British colonized South Asia which is how Indian spices and hence curry actually made it there.

You’re aware that the British colonized India and for centuries, right?

Goddamn you sound like an idiot. Enjoy your exotic vacation to 30A every year since you’re too good to visit London.

It was either Curry or Spotted Dick! I think they made the right choice.

Hope you’re not Jewish, because you live in the US, where the National dish is the German “hamburger”

Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.

I had dinner made by a brit here, and it was all indian dishes with most of the spice removed.

As a previous poster correctly pointed out, they brought it home to the uk when they colonized most of india.

Honestly, I thought it would be a Full English breakfast as their national dish. When I think of English food, that is the first thing that comes to my mind.
