I love when Doctors?nurses and Hospitals go outside for smoke breaks, interact with other people, then go back in with same lab coat, and go into areas where infections could be fatal, w/o changing their coat.

I just assume anyone with tats like that doesn't have good hygiene. Would never let a medical professional touch me or chef touch my food that looked like her.

When one signs up to be a physician, there is an expected aspect of professionalism that is accepted. This is not it. Being "yourself" and "individual" is fine but there is a point when that is crossed and not acceptable within the norms of a society. She is past that, regardless of her ability. Right or wrong, that's how it is.
It's part of the job description to not look like that. Sorry.
