He needs to do as much time as anyone would have done if his lies had landed them in jail.

Holy shite, that's an awesome troll. BTW, what's the one charge he didn't get convicted of?
Posted on 12/9/21 at 6:16 pm to imjustafatkid
He should have to do maximum consecutive sentences for each of the 5 convictions.

I'll be surprised if he does one year in prison let alone fifteen

Lying about not sucking that African dude off.

I doubt he does any time unless it's short in a chalk line prison
His sissy arse would get pounded in more ways than one in Gen Pop.
They will fine him and this will be yesterday's news as soon as something new comes around the corner

Did they? Or did it just not matter?
This will only be a speedbump on a long journey of genocidal theft for most of these people.

Thanks Fred. I don’t know why these losers aren’t posting on the SEC rant where they belong.
Well done

He's a legit psychopath, and shows that some people want so desperately to be victims to justify what they believe to be true, that they will fake it. Happens a lot. The supply of racism does not meet the demand.
Also, he damages the case of people who are legitimate victims of racism...so his vanity has hurt the cause. Well done fricko.

Joy Reid with the troll:

Even more comical, in my view, was the predictable conservative outrage over Smollett’s allegations. Conservatives took to social media in 2019 to express outrage over the dropped charges. How dare someone make such a heinous claim about followers of their dear leader, they screeched. Violent, masked white guys who shout Trump slogans and use chemical agents to attack victims?
Many on the right shamed those of us who knew such a claim was totally plausible — and then the Jan. 6 insurrection happened.

Supposedly the just had to scold him many times during this trial for being an entitled douche. Also, the judge told him to stay within 30 minutes away. However, it took him an hour to show up. These things may cause the judge to be more aggressive in sentencing.

It was not and is not in any way plausible. Black people in general are treated with great deference in this country. There are exceptions to this, like most things, but I'm not aware of a single example where the name or slogan of Donald Trump was used.

The Smollett saga is what happens when society's highest commendation for a group of people is being a victim. It makes you wonder how black people can be allied with white savior progressives, who think black people are too stupid, lazy and poor to get an ID.

You’re probably right, but holding out hope they send his arse away for a year or two. With good time he’s probably only looking at doing half of what he gets anyway, but time is for sure warranted here.

Since when do black people use a hard R? I call shenanigans.

I’ll tuck this into this thread for obvious reasons. Do black people use the hard r for any word that rhymes with trigger? I can’t put too much significance on a black person not using the hard r.
Let’s all just face it: black people talk like black people more often than not.

I had a black chick use the hard "R" with me once. The exact quote was "you act like a stupid fricking n***** who got a little money and didn't know what the frick to do with it."
