I’m not certain he should get the full 3 year sentence permitted (if only for the cost of another inmate in the system), but he was about to start a witch hunt that could have gotten innocent people hurt.
Can he at least do 6 months?

He also lied to the jury in front of the judge…who may not like that kind of thing.
