I had heard this before but interesting that the organization that pioneered sex-change surgeries now is so outspoken about it.

well people who are transgendered can have all the surgeries and take all the hormones they want, but unless they figure out how to change their DNA, they will always be the sex that they were born as
I think society has accepted and supported transgendered people in the wrong way
rather than accepting that they're not a man anymore because they "identify" as something else, they should accept and support them as people who need psychiatric help
If someone is an alcoholic, society isnt saying "oh my god, let him drink, this is who he is." No, they are trying to get him help for his problem
much of our population has approached this in the completely wrong way
in an effort to be as accepting as possible, many are not actually helping these people, they are just being enablers
