The irony in this thread is a bunch of motherfrickers criticizing the OP for poking holes actually believe a person rose from the dead.

If you dig deeper, you'll find he was likely crucified on Wednesday. He rose on Saturday, the actual sabbath, historically anyway. Ive read a lot of books to verify my faith in Christ. I definitely believe it happened, but politics and church have skewed the miracle so to speak. Jesus Christ is the savior, died and rose again.

Where did he go? Did he head to Waffle House to meet up with his boys?

All I can tell you is I have talked to Jesus in Waffle Houses, Piccadilly Cafeterias, Campouts, Pancho Mexican Restaurants, on battlefields, Crossing lakes and oceans with water flooding over the sides of the boat, in Pre-op before Open Heart Surgery, holding the hand of good people as they died and as many other situations as most believers here. I am not one of "His Boys" but he and I are pretty good friends, even though he my Lord.

If you want to have a but of personal time with him at Waffle House, you can find him there.

Prayers for you.

I agree. And was likely born in September. Doesn’t change anything. He was still crucified and arose defeating death just the same

Wow. You are silly little man. It wasn't about the NBA, it was about how your man-child behavior is better served on topics like fantasy football, lebron vs mj, east vs west coast rappers, who's kim k dating, etc., not big boy topics like theology.

The fact that it even has to be explained to you is proof enough of your simple-mindedness. When things this simple are so hard for a person with your, "intellect," all that can be done is to chuckle at how society has managed to keep walking-around idiots alive to adulthood and how much of a testament it is to how civilized and safe we've made our lives, then move on and hope you start breathing through your nose at some point.

The irony of not knowing what irony is.

What's not ironic, is trying to decipher your gibberish.

I swear, atheists are the only religious people whose entire premise is to rail against a God you don't even believe in. It's perplexing. I would never take time out of my day to get pressed about something I think is nonsense. I feel sorry for you.

What’s really crazy is that somehow a guy who this troll believes didn’t die on the cross has more statues and pictures than any man who lived on earth……

It’s also crazy that actual historians and even atheist acknowledge Jesus existed from the evidence presented. Some just don’t believe he was the son of God and rose from the dead. I mean they just changed time because of his death.

Disagree. I recommend checking out local theological scholar Dr. Brant Pitre on the topic.

How did he actually die? What was his cause of death?

Hard to know. If you were nailed to a cross and left to be suspended by large nails through your hands and feet, would it be blood loss, heart attack, exposure, the beatings, organ failure, or just the existential giving up on life.

Give crucifixion a try and report back on the cause of death.

Chuck Colson was involved in Watergate. He became a devout Christian after his involvement and was serving out his sentence in prison. He started reading a bible and the part that was real ti him was how much bolder the disciples became after the crusifiction. He said after Nixon resigned, all involved in Watergate acted just the opposite. That what convinced him the resurrection was real.
