The cop responded the same way NBA players respond to phones in their face.

Found the radical islamist.

Man, you are seriously dumb. So dumb you have no idea how dumb you are kind of dumb. That's the stupidest thing yet I've seen in this thread and that's saying something.

If you slow the long version down it looks like the cop is telling dindu shitbird to back up but instead the smartass starts recording because no white cop is going to tell him what to do.

Hope shitbird spends a few days in the can maybe next time he'll listen and back up.

Or he'll be on the news tomorrow with Al Sharpton talking about how he dindu nuffin

If you were on a jury you would convict based on that video alone? Wow

The video shows all the required elements for assault and battery. It will be hard to convince a jury of any defense for A&B such as the defense of self or others when the officer walks away with his back to the person and further antagonizes them.

That's clearly not the case here. A lawyer would be drooling over that defense.

the cops they admitting they used that force in response to someone not backing up would make the fellas at Ursy, Weeks, and Matthews quite upset

Got to be honest. Cops should be allowed to kill people like Judge Dread style. Crime would drop to nothing in no time.
Same at the border. Give them fair warning and start shooting people crossing the border. Photograph the dead and drop them like leaflets by plane all over Mexico. Illegal immigration go bye-bye. And no wall required.

Be honest.

You're on the autism spectrum arent you?

Is it Asperger's?

It's Asperger's, isn't it?

You can talk to me, baw. I'm here for you.

So you are making the argument that slapping a cell phone out of someone's hand and walking away while flipping them off is legal force being used to force compliance with a lawful order.

It's not hard to understand if you want to:

2011 Louisiana Laws
Revised Statutes

RS 32:56 — Obedience to police officers, weights and standards police officers, and traffic signs

Universal Citation: LA Rev Stat § 32:56

§56. Obedience to police officers, weights and standards police officers, and traffic signs

B. No person shall fail or refuse to comply with the instruction or direction of any traffic control device which has been erected under authority of this Chapter or other law of this state.

Acts 1962, No. 310, §1. Amended by Acts 1977, No. 113, §1, eff. June 22, 1977.
