I'm very pro-law enforcement, but this is inexcusable. Now the video is missing context but I don't think slapping a phone and flipping the dude off was warranted, nor was grabbing him for flipping them off.
The dude was no angel, but now he stands to make some money now when he sues for police brutality, humiliation, "injuries," and whatever other torts he can get tacked on.
