Once again... A highly edited video. You frickers will never learn.
Why don't you wait until they actually have MORE information before drawing conclusions?

Another genius that thinks justifiable assault is an actual thing as long as you wear a badge.

If there was something done by the victim not shown in the video, it would’ve been before and the cops should’ve acted then.
This is a good example of the police force being too uneducated. It’s truly baffling how little it takes to become a gun-wielding cop, but it all starts with the shite compensation they make. Until then, you’ll continue to see dumbass cops like the ones in the video.

Rivarde said authorities were called to the parade scene just before 9 p.m. The Sheriff's Office said the deputies were responding to a fight reported in the area involving as many as 20 men. One person, whom deputies identified only as a 24-year-old Kenner man, was booked on a count of fighting in public and taken to a hospital for treatment.

In my opinion all of Mardi Gras has become one massive public nuisance.

The problem with Mardi Gras is that prayer has been taken out of schools. Until that is fixed, we can expect MG to be complete debauchery.

I agree, but LEO shouldn't have lost his cool and went full retard.
Like others have said, if he committed a crime then arrest him. No reason to slap his phone and walk away. There is also no reason to arrest him for flipping LEO off and saying mean words.
Mean words and the middle finger aren't illegal and LEO shouldn't be arresting someone for exercising thier 1st Amendment. Slippery slope.

I would not mind if all non Catholics were banned from participating.

Shouldn't you be more upset at paying the officer to commit a crime?

I think the law needs to be changed . I think flipping a cop off is a sign of aggression and a potential threat. frick this kid.
Posted on 3/5/19 at 10:50 pm to Parmen
Yea I didn’t catch the cop flipping him off first. His buddy’s are the ones who will get screwed rightfully so. They lost emotional control and the dumb arse who really started it walked off.

Already on the books, it is called Disturbing the Peace

This happened last week and already off the news cycle.
Yepp shocked it took this long to get here. Probably buried somewhere.
Cop knocked his phone and flipped him off first. Deserves everything he gets imo. I’m also pro police FYI

Ya ok man. Don’t think that cop just did that for the fun of it. I can guarantee you that kid did something to instigate it first. We have not seen the full story. Hope cop gets off and kid is arrested for disturbing the peace.

Oh look it is another monkey trying to frick a football.
You responded:
Where does it cover flipping a bird? Let's assume arguendo that it did make flipping the bird disturbing the peace, wouldn't we need to charge the officer as well?

I’m assuming you applied and didn’t get hired.
Posted on 3/5/19 at 11:13 pm to djangochained
It’s the cops like them that gives LEO a bad rep right now.
Posted on 3/5/19 at 11:14 pm to Obtuse1
I’m sure the kid also said frick you to the cop
