No. I'm asking for a source for that number so I can read it. I dont recall seeing that type of hospitalization rate from anywhere yet

When asked about numbers for anything hospital related he said he did not know off the top of his head, chicken shite answer, they know way more than they are telling, and in some cases down right lying to us

Well his “worse than Italy” public comment should have been enough to get him immediately removed from office. Even if he truly believed that, there is nothing to be gained by making a reckless statement like that.

JBE is sensationalizing this as most of the politicains have. Unless the positive tested person has a lower respiratory problem, they are not being admitted to a hospital and are being sent home to self-quarantine. In these situations, it's just like the flu. A better question would be; "of the 800+ positive tested people, what percentage require ventilators. That percentage will tell us if/when our hospitals MAY be inundated!

I'll out it to you like this. My current girlfriend works at two different Baton Rouge hospitals as a float nurse, meaning she works on what ever unit has too few nurses that day.
She has not get a shift at either hospital since Thursday because census is too low.

I went back and watched the press conference.. he talks about cases spiraling, shows a chart that compares the trend line to italy, goes on and on about the depth of the crisis in the state then states he has no idea how many of the 800 cases are mild or severe, or how many people have recovered. this, at an announcement of a stay in place order till mid april which will absolutely hammer the state.
people are wondering if a) he's not telling us everything or b) he's bought into the hysteria based on limited facts and data. .
