Is this something the hospitals are hearing?
Because we aren’t even actually in Phase 2, let alone going to Phase 3.
We have plenty of evidence and pattern to what they have done. There is simply no way he is going to change anything this close to Labor Day. He will extend to see the results.

If we move to phase 3 be raedy for him to yank us back to phase 2 again REALLLLLLLLLLLLL quick. Numbers will go up again because more people will be out and about and he will say we aren't being good citizens so we have to punished again.

A friend that works directly in infectious diseases says that they are expecting some version of a 3rd wave after schools reopen.
My cynical view is that if JBE completely breaks character and goes Phase 3, he knows this too and if he decides to open, its to make the 3rd wave worse and keep us shutdown through the November election.
Otherwise it’s completely out of character for him to open.
