bullshite. We met every criteria while in phase 1 for over a month before he moved us to "phase 2".
Then after moving to "phase 2", we increase testing, had an uptick in cases, then he pulls us back to phase 1.5. We have been decreasing in cases, and have NEVER been at risk of overrun hospitals in the 2 MONTHS since then.
So get out of here with the following White House guidelines crap.

I can't wait to hear the numbers he reports in the next 2 days.

Or maybe everyone should avoid being tested.

Mississippi is shut down as bad as Louisiana.

Not sure if fast food restaurant dining rooms are forced closed here or if that’s their choice
A few months ago a lady at Chick Fil A said it was because of the states requirement for restroom cleaning & they didn’t have staff to stay on top of it
Traveling g from North LA last week we tried McDonalds & couldn’t go in, had to wait to cross state line

Apparently there is a super secret set of guidelines that only the governors and Birx get to see.

The most recent White House report for Louisiana (that I can find) is linked in here:
LINK
The White House task force does not release these to the public, but I think the state can let local media release if they want to?
Included in it is the guidelines.

You realize there are 27 members of the task force, right?

Come down to NOLA. People are wearing them while riding bikes and walking.
NOLA has nothing on DC area. Every single person was wearing one on the streets. Whether they were walking the dog or doing their cardio running.
People would cross the street if you weren't wearing a mask. I felt like a black guy walking a pitbull. It was awesome.
