They did but this may actually make some close. Many just threw some food items on a menu and stayed open all night. Now with this bs they are supposed to close. I'm hoping most just say frick off and stay open.

I can tell you right now if I were a small town bar I'd say frick it and close at 2AM like normal...now more high profile places like NOLA and BR...that's a hard call because they will be under a microscope.

I just saw that casinos were included in this 10PM last call thing.....that will probably change with the quickness when the casino cronies get to JBE and line his pockets (or his associates) a little more.

Noticed that ... what is a typical casino closing time if any?

If everyone in town does it that's probably good...also most of these places have the PDs and SOs on their side if they are community based and don't cause any frickery.

I've seen the sunrise at both Lauberge in BR and Harrah's in NOLA two days in a row without putting my foot on any surface other than the carpet of the casino floor.

Also another thing that we haven't mentioned much in this thread is that document and those "regulations" are what we have to live with for probably at least through to next summer...it could be much longer if other vaccines blow up like Astra Zeneca did.

Can someone clarify what the deal is with live music? I’m assuming it’s allowed outdoors since I know of a few places doing it

If they get rid of the one I've been enjoying, I'll be pissed.

They don't serve alcohol, if that factors in.

I know my senator personally and have discussed it with him and my rep several times since about June.....it takes more than one man to get it done.

My friend would raise the bill or vote for one raised to end this emergency order in a heartbeat.....unfortunately his colleagues do not feel the same in most cases.

PPP helped us out & we have low overhead but I don’t know if my business will be able to make it until next summer with things the way they are now

Small businesses are being destroyed, this is one of those times I’m thankful I don’t have kids to worry about
I can’t imagine being a small business owner & having to worry about school uniforms, doctors visits, braces...

Notice how the guy disappeared after he said it was lockstep in line with WH guidelines and then the details actually got put to paper and it showed that it was nothing like the WH guidelines for P3.....funny how that works.

After reading more about the restrictions, I think it’s safe to say that phase 3 is the official death sentence for bars in Louisiana as we know it
