They have always said that the deaths reported were not necessarily in the past 24 hours
they've also said any death is a Covid death.

youre the one out here saying we have had 72 deaths in the last 3 days when there were 129 just today (reported)
You are wanting to add those to the other days though.
We don't know when the reported deaths from the previous 3 days occured.

129 people didnt die since yesterday at 12pm...a good number of those deaths likely occurred last week before the holiday weekend.
right. sure, i can buy into that
BUT that still means there were more than 72 deaths in 3 days (24 per day avg) which is what is being inaccurately reported here

Social distancing data shows Louisiana took a step back in the fight against COVID-19. The progress we made on slowing the spread is easily lost if people ignore the stay at home mandate. Now more than ever, we have to stay at home to stop the spread& save lives. #lagov #lalege
This is the tweet from earlier.

Probably, you honestly don't know that though.

We dont know that because we dont know when the deaths occurred and if and when the patient had tested positive for COVID-19 at the time of death.

THIS IS ALL PROOF DEATHS ARE SLOWING DOWN!!
How in the blue frick can his lying arse go up there and play the death number from today off as "worsening" and "bad people", and then immediately provide actual data showing deaths are actually slowing
72 deaths over 3 days is 24 deaths a day on Average. That is some of our lowest totals yet
It's actually about 5 days ahead of the model which said we peaked and which sets our last death on May 6th.
You've got states talking about reopening. Europe is talking about reopening. The president is promising a plan in the next 2-3 days.
I'm no fan of JBE. But, politically, he's missing an opportunity if he doesn't recognize which way the wind is blowing.

Yeah, these “questions” aren’t staged
Matthew wants to know how to volunteer to support Covid Relief
Olivia wants JBE to explain the difference between this & the flu

We’re 30 days into this shite and JBE just said the flu was a coronavirus
I’m guessing he’ll get the same national media treatment as Gov. Kemp of GA. :eyeroll:

Here’s the scolding! Him and Leo must have coordinated this. They had to. fricking farce.
Leo said ‘I’m seeing a lot more traffic on the streets’, etc. JBE says he saw a lot more traffic than he ‘expected to see or wanted to see’ yesterday while he was flying. Mentioned the google/Apple tracking data shows were not up to snuff compared to others with compliance.

since the lowest death total for a single day is 34 for April I'm pretty sure there is more than 24 per day bubba

How exactly do we ‘become Italy’? Because they’re reopening their economy and going back to school, which sounds pretty awesome right now.

Some people actually see the deaths attributed to the actual day of death, bubba....We are on a clear downward trend for deaths per day, bubba
Having a weekend, plus 2-3 days of holidays created a huge backlog in reporting for deaths, bubba
