It is just an arc until you factor in recoveries.

Ahhhh...so, COVID 19 only attacks the uneducated and poor! I knew that’s what the “models” were saying.

You’re too busy swimming in your white privilege to critically think past that lmao

And I asked you why? Different care? Unsatisfactory care? Systemic care? What’s the reason?

Larger percentage that live in urban areas?

I was giving the guy the benefit of a doubt. I be heard him speak twice during this shite. The first time, it sounded impromptu, so I thought maybe he was nervous. Today, he was definitely reading from a prepared text and not very well.

My only other exposure to him was the moronic commercials he ran during an election where he was unopposed.

It could be worse ...

Would not be surprised to see Pennington Biomedical Research Center at LSU become a playa in all this.

Over 70% of deaths statewide are African American, not just in New Orleans

The percentage of African American deaths in New Orleans is even higher

It is a fact, and a noteworthy one, black people are dying at a disproportionate rate to coronavirus here in Louisiana. Not a single person would argue otherwise

I think people are asking you to clarify the subtext of your statement.

Are you trying to say that black people aren't smart enough to social distance?

Are you trying to say that black people aren't getting adequate treatment because they are black?

Are you saying something else?

Or, are you just saying it's noteworthy but aren't sure why that is?

This

I am saying it needs to be looked into, hence why it is noteworthy

I have my suspicions which I have already laid out in here.

It's noteworthy in that its worth studying. He doesn't have to provide conclusions in order to note that it is noteworthy.

Pushed for the huge settlement on coastal restoration with the law firm that poured tons of money into getting him elected the first time?

The law firm that went on TV to back JBE and spent close to a million backing him. Then JBE positions them to settle just before reelection.

I was thinking the same thing. Seems like Scruffy used to be a fun poster. When someone decides to take the plunge, they decide to take the plunge I guess. Ah well, pressure gets to people.

As a precaution, I gave you an upvote, but I’m not exactly sure what you mean. Is this a plaintiff attorney reference?

Haven't seen anyone comment on the Z-pak/hydro(whatever the hell it is) combination use in Louisiana...

The most common-sense position I've seen across the country...at a minimum it reduces the symptoms in at least some people keeping them out of the hospital and for those in the hospital, reducing the need for ventilators...

didn't think he had it in him!!!!

Y’all aren’t even able to stick to your own data.

The models reported the peak was 5 days ago, yet, according to JBE, Louisiana had only just begun to flatten the curve.

I swear, y’all can’t be consistent at all.
