I know this is unpopular especially considering the political party is is part of, but I think he had done a good job with this situation.

Comments on the streaming video on the local news FB page are insane. One lady is basically complaining that she still has a job. WTH?

I just dont' think that he ever needed to be yelling for 1000s and 1000s of ventilators. Like more than 10K is what he wanted ...

Convention center medical spot is open ... 23 covid patients there.

Step down facility .. soft opening to work out kinks. Go there from another hospital. Don't walk up for care and don't go to visit.

Face coverings -- CDC recommends it (non medical mask). Protect others from you.

Don't if you're out exercising but for essential trips.

You don’t think it’s noteworthy 32% of a population is making up over 70% of deaths?

Why is that relevant? How many factors do you think go into your 70% number?

There were two assholes in the Honeywell thread complaining that office workers were being furloughed but they had to go to work every day earning a steady paycheck.

City proper it’s 59%

Metro area it’s 32%

Also, I can say this. African Americans make up more than 80% of the deaths in the largest system there

Jeff Landry can't read a prepared statement.

I'm sure he's an intelligent guy, but he's a terrible public speaker.

Open the restaurants, but have the hostess take your blood pressure when you walk in?

Wow. Sad

Anytime there is a large disproportionate range in medical outcomes for a race or demographic, it leads to further questions of why

Genetics? Environment? Etc etc

You must be trolling now
