Calm down Tampa. Prices are already high and it wasn't that crowded.

I get free tickets so I hope they raise the price to $500 to help the pussies like me out

today was much worse by the Acura once RCHP started. People just standing in the walkway like a bunch of clowns. Up until then it was fine

Aerial video from today. Foreground is the Acura stage. shite looks terrible. Those bleachers weren't even filled yesterday

I feel sorry for the poor bastards who showed up to listen to some gospel or traditional jazz and got caught up in a refugee camp.
And OP is right, one of these days something will set off a panic and scores, if not hundreds, will be killed.

That looks really annoying to be at.

That looks like nothing compared to Elton last year.

Jazz Fest is really easy to move around at when you know what you're doing and you're sensible about it.

When Dave Matthews played, I listened to him from Verna Street outside the fest.
Couldn't see him perform but could hear him loud and clear.
Someone from my childhood neighborhood had in laws that lived on that street.

Last year forward the first year it was ever a true issue. I think the New Orleans festivals are just exploding in popularity for outsiders
Problem is, there's no longer a real cap on the number of visitors. Used to be there were X number of hotel rooms.
But now with AirBnB and such shite exploding, there's no limit to the number of tourons in the city.

That's a light crowd dude

So it took until 2016 for New Orleans festivals to explode in popularity?

That is my idea of eternal hell.

I think I'd rather do overhead squats.
