Looks like she may be right.
If I was marrying a pedophile, and somebody knew and used me to attempt to keep them grounded, I'd be pretty damn angry. This well settle out of court. If that statement was true, they are in trouble.

Did she not get enough money in her pocket during the marriage? Jared should sue Subway back for allowing them to hire him even though he was a pedophile.

So subway had a better idea of his personal life than his significant other?
I guess subway was the one sleeping with him every night, going to parties, talking about how their day went...
She just had a couple interviews with him and filmed some commercials
Maybe she covered up his pedophilia so she could keep getting those subway checks.

Apparently they knew after they did extensive background searches on him before they made him their spokesman.
I don't know about you, but I didn't do extensive criminal and background checks on my wife before we got married and she SURE AS shite doesn't know what kind of porn I click on.

Uhh, shouldn't you really know a person on an intimately personal level if you're going to commit (going in) to spending the rest of your life with them?

That sounds like enough to get it to a jury, which means Subway will settle for a confidential amount.

But it may explain why he married her. I know a woman who's....well, just not attractive. Nice person, but she's maybe an OT2. Her husband is as as gay as you can be without leaping out of the closet in a shower of rainbow glitter. What difference does it make to him, he wouldn't be physically attracted to her if she was Heidi Klum's twin sister. He just wanted a family, or to be more socially acceptable, or whatever.
Same with Jared. He wasn't attracted to grown women, so he married some random chick when he could have done a lot better based just on his money alone.

Why would they be in trouble? As long as Jared didn't act on his impulses, and they didn't know of any child porn, what can they do?

The real question is, if it is so bad your employer knows about it, how the hell do you live with the guy and NOT know?
