Never said Subway covering up his past wasn't wrong. But for the ex-wife to sue because she decided to have a relationship and marry him is laughable. She has no leg to stand on, especially in the courts.

Wrong. Without all these lawsuits the market never gets corrected. Lawsuits are really the only form of recourse people have against the government or corporations.
