I don't see how she has a case.
I guess her argument is that when she marries someone, any third party who knows any adverse information on her selected husband has a legal duty to divulge that information to her.
I don't buy it.
Do I have a legal obligation to rat out all my friends about everything I know to their new fiancée? That would be crazy.
people seem to be thinking "ewww pedo, give her money." without thinking about what they are saying...
