I mean, that is kind of a legit argument for a payout if they did cover that up.
They knowingly allowed people to be associated with and marry an active pedophile without telling them.

and I hate how overly litigious our society is, but that is some seriously fricked shite. This isn't burning your mouth on hot coffee or slipping on a sidewalk. This is pedophilia being covered up and allowing someone to share a bed with said pedophile because of said cover up.

They got reports that he was attracted to children as young as 9.
Why this person didn't report him to police I don't know. But the CEO told the franchisee that Jared was happily married to a school teacher now and was no longer a threat.
That's criminal.
