I missed the first half but what a frickin' clown show. Kennedy and the FBI lady are the only ones who act like they have a clue. Somehow Landry has made Mayor Destroya look somewhat competent.

At the presser, the chief saying the terrorist drove around the bollard is some straight-up Wile E. Coyote crap. As a professional police agency, you are supposed to anticipate this sort of thing (that goes for LSP too). If you leave enough of a gap for a F150 to drive around your bollard, then your bollard doesn't matter.
