With drunk Toya it’s hard to know. I wouldn’t be shocked if she had been up drinking when this happened.

Cantrell probably knows it’s terrorist and said it, but FBI walking it back to help her out…today is another big day for the city and they don’t want to scare people to stay away because of terrorism that could strike again….a lone wolf would be the better of the two for the city and businesses

That’s why I believe her. When she’s under pressure she tends to say what’s on her mind. In this case she just flat out told us what’s going on without all the fluff the FBI fills their statements with.

Yeah, she didn’t seem to be camera ready. I assume they needed to get the word out if they think IEDs are around but not the best person to put in front of the camera to do that

Not necessarily... They may want to identify guy, run down his network, and ensure there aren't others involved/planning more.
