This just happened 5 hours ago, they said it’s an active investigation and others may be involved. Yes, I’m sure they know the identity but aren’t ready to release it. I’m also sure some video will come out soon of the perp.

Thank god that lift was there for that guy to crash into. Could have been much worse. Probably saved 50+ lives.

The guy killed people with his truck and was aided by New Orleans incompetence. New Orleans is learning the hard way what other cities have known for years about traffic control and barricades to keep heavy foot traffic areas safe.
