Seems like he was planning a longer hold out... Let the cops come in, then hit the bombs in the truck. People fleeing would get hit by bombs nearby. Good on the NOPD for taking him down so fast.

Failure testing for Tesla. It’s routine to do a lot of destructive testing to confirm UL and NFPA requirements. I think we destroyed about 80 total with 2 of those being with C4, 1 dry, 1 submerged.
