I doubt if they are prison tattoos, no obvious Jesus stuff or crooked letters on the knuckles... but some of her needle artists definitely studied inside the Louisiana Correctional System.
The lemur plus a poorly-executed nature panorama (welk, turtle, dragonfly, unidentified bugs, etc.) shows an appreciation of nature. May have once been a ULL biology major?
