I find it weirder when they don't want to land in my decoys

frickin mallard landed in my pool a few months back. My son wanted to feed it and such. I let him play for about 10 minutes and then spent the next 20 minutes skimming shite out of the water.

Saw a bunch of ducks on a suburban rooftop in Prairieville the other day. Had to do a double take.

If ducks landed on my roof I’d set up a barbecue there

There are some houses in Houma that’ are covered by the Mexican Tree ducks when they roost.

I have seen the Mexican Ducks standing on top of the power poles in Downtown Houma.

Csb - I shot at a wood duck once and missed. My dad’s yellow lab took off into the swamp and disappeared from sight and hearing. Twenty minutes later I was just walking back to the camp and Mick shows up with a warm wood duck in his mouth. Very doubtful it was the one I shot at because it was heading south and Mick took off to the north west.
