I had a wood duck fly down my fireplace chimney. We rescued him, but only after my children named him "Charlie".

Puddle ducks and tree ducks, do a search when you have a little time. Black-bellied whistling duck is a tree duck

The blue belly whistling ducks do and Muscovy ducks sometimes do.
Muscovy are long clawed tree ducks in native South America. In United States they are the fat ugly park ducks.

can you imagine the first duck that landed in a tree?

Game changer.

Does it make a tree nest for its eggs?
