There's also a similar amount of evidence that china has poured millions/billions into influencing anti-ev and anti-renewables sentiment in the US (two industries that china is very openly trying to become the dominant world supplier, with the US being the only real potential competitor). Somehow that never happened and you're crazy if you think china would do such a thing according to those same people.
