Magazine near Mona's earlier had some cars parked on side of the road with water 3/4ths up their tire. It had been raining hard for about an hour at that point and drains just weren't keeping up.

I'm pretty sure my neighbors car just flooded in West Lakeview. It's crazy.

It's the training effect of the rain.

No brakes on this train!

It's a sign.

God wants to MAGA!

I drove through a lot of rising water going to Lafitte and back earlier. Especially along westbank river road.

Also got stuck behind a car with no brake lights for five miles. I feel if a car has no brake lights you should be absolved of any blame in an accident.

My street flooded by Bonnabel, but it usually does with hard rain. Flooded up into my yard this time. The drainage shite I installed last year is working overtime tonight

I saw the cars stalled on the southbound side on my way home from the gym and blocked traffic going northbound at Navarre waiting for an NOPD unit to arrive. Three minutes later a girl on a cell phone drives past my front bumper (I was at an angle across both lanes) and straight into the water.

If you mean by crashing into the rear of one you are. But you have to prove it. Kid growing up had his dads ols 67 Mustang, corroded tail lights, got creamed and lost.
