Both of my kids have been out for a couple hours. Just came in for some grits and hot chocolate. Most of the neighborhood kids are out.

My son just rode his bike to a friend's house in the neighborhood. They made plans to have nerf gun wars in the snow today.

Younger Millennials (like myself) and older Zoomers, all of who grew up with video games & pre-smart electronics, were in the school system during the last big snow event in 2008 and we all made the most of the opportunity.

Every house i can see has people outside. I don't think there's a kid within a mile of my house indoors right now.

Yall are just some bitter old vastards.

I'm 49 and been in WW3 with girlfriend, daughter, and every kid in the neighborhood. Talked a hesitant 40+ year old African man into sledding for the first time. He even held his 3 legged mutt for the ride.

This whole neighborhood is acting like children. It's awesome.

Mine were the first ones outside in our subdivision in Lafayette. It dumped out here and is still steady. Old baw down the street hooked up a wood sled to his side by side and was giving kids rides around the block. Then my 8 year old asked him to do donuts so of course he couldn’t say no.
