They tried that when producing food was much more labor intensive. Didn’t work.
They actively need more food than they can produce now, so seems somewhat reasonable if this were an option they’d be trying it.

Trying to figure out what assets we need to position right now. The 26th MEU should be in the area plus 2 CRGs. Unless it’s reinforcing bases in Iraq or Syria it doesn’t make any sense to tell Israel to hold off with the ground attack.
