No he's asking is ISRAEL will be making a big move.

I agree with him, it doesn't really make sense for israel to do this if they aren't following it up with a big offensive against Hezbollah. Comms are the most important thing you need to run any organization. Hezbollah's comms are 100% fricked and not to be trusted so one could probably argue that Hezbollah is at its weakest right now.
