Off the Hook out of Thibodeaux bought one failed Zaxbys location in Gonzales. It's doing well. Work next door...always busy.

doesn't surprise me. I ate there once when I lived in Ga. It was fast food quality but takes way to long to get your food and get gone.

t’s the worst food chain ever in my opinion

I have only eaten there 2 or 3 times and it has been awhile since the last time, but its chicken fingers.. I can think of a few chains that are worse than Zaxby's. McDonalds.. I think McDonalds is gross. If I do happen to eat at McDonalds I can't eat it again for awhile. You know how you crave something and then while you consume it you ask yourself "why did I get this"? That's McDonalds to me.

I think Popeye's is not good. It used to be really good. Now the biscuit doesn't taste buttery like it used to.. Its always a gamble on how the chicken looks, but it usually looks like its been fried in a month old grease.

They’re a Georgia company. I’d imagine they’re pulling out of Oklahoma being so far away

Slim chickens is in trouble

There’s one by my house that literally never has anybody in line, and I drive past it every single day

Ha, I've lived 5 minutes from a Zaxby's for years now. I went once, thought it was terrible, and never went back. It closed down a few months ago and now a Slim Chickens is about to open up in its place. I'm hoping it's better than Zaxby's.

Have you eaten at a Popeyes, Burger King, or Jack in the Box in the last 10 years?

I’d put LJS chicken planks against any fast food chicken tenders out there. They are phenomenal.

Chicken Express may well have the best fingers.

Is this a rhetorical question? I would go to Long John's and eat chicken before going to Zaxbys again.

Yes, but to be fair they fall off in an hour or two. Delicious until they get cold.

I live in a suburb in TN in our town there is a chick-fil-a, Popeyes, 2 Zaxbys, guthries and a slim chickens. They just opened a canes about 10 mins away closer to the city.

They employees are severely lacking at all but chick fil a and slims. Guthries guy is putting up signs for aggressive promos, their food is on the better end of the spectrum but they’re slow as Popeyes and never seem to have any crowd.

Can’t imagine a scenario where all of them survive.

Home of the drive thru window. It’s a great little town, not much in the way of good food.

the most salt I had ever tasted on a food item I had ordered ever. Tried it once and never went back.
