twice a day is plenty until age 40 or so, then once a day until age 49. Not to say some days don't require more, but that gonna have to be on vacation cause their ain't time for that in a normal day. I'll give the wife credit, she never turns me down. Of course, I won't push it if she has the flu, is immediately post op, or debilitated in some other way. I just keep a count on the chalkboard for make-up nuts.
