I may just be getting old, (I'm 30 btw) but I have no idea what the appeal of tiktok is.. Kids dancing to music in short video clips, what is interesting about it?

Yes, most often, is not always.

Thank you.

Always would be more like you being sensitive.

That's not the only part of Tik Tok. There's a lot of funny and creative content as well. Most of it is stupid though. I got tired of it pretty quickly.

I think the appeal is to children. My 11 year old fricking loves it.

I bet olds had the same ideas about Facebook, but now they can't get enough of it.

I don't get TikTok either. Then you add the whole Chinese data stealing element and I'm gonna sit that one out.

I had to ask my 13 year old what it was a few months ago. I'm guessing men in their 40s aren't exactly their target audience.

You don't have to have graduated from somewhere to be considered an alum.

UNO forced many students to take an Economics class at SUNO because of a mandate tied to federal money, are you really suggesting that they are all SUNO alumni?

This board doesn't have many zoomers. It's mostly gen xers and millennials. I honestly wouldn't know what tik tok was if I didn't have nieces and nephews who used it. It's cringey as hell, Trump will have my vote 100% if he bans it.

Addison Rae

At least she already has a porn name for her second career after Tik Tok is banned in the states.

If they claimed to be SUNO alumni they would be correct. Not sure why anyone would cop to such a thing though.

I had to google her, so no. And it looks like she may have gone to LSU for a semester at most so she doesn't even qualify as an alum

I hate to break it to you, but your grasp of Latin is clearly lacking if you think attending a school for a semester does not make you an alum.
